OFFSHORE SPOUSE OF INDONESIAN CITIZEN KITAS

IDR 17.500.000
  • Valid for 1 year.
  • Includes:
  • Multiple entry permit and sponsorship.
  • $150 USD Indonesian visa application fee
Make an Appointment
  1. Passport valid for at least 18 months and a minimum of 2 blank pages.
  2. Scanned copy of the main page of the passport details.
  3. Scanned copy of the page of the passport cover.
  4. Document showing family ties to Primary Kitas holder (marriage certificate or birth certificate).
  5. Color recent photograph.
  6. Bank statement minimum USD 2.000.
  7. Address in country of origin.
  8. Address in Indonesia (hotel or villa).
  9. Domicile Letter Address in Bali (if any) or Lease Agreement Letter.
  10. Scanned copy of passport of Primary KITAS holder (Husband/Wife/Parent).
    – Scanned copy of the main page of the passport details.
    – Scanned copy of the page of the passport cover.
  11. KITAS of Primary KITAS holder (Husband/Parent).
    – Scanned copy of Kitas Stamp on Passport Page.
    – Scanned copy of Kitas.
  12. Scanned copy of Primary KITAS holder Company Sponsor document.
  1. 30 to 40 days for processing in Indonesia.
  2. There is an option for 30 business days express service for additional fees.
  3. e-Visa Express Fee (IDR. 2,000,000)
  4. e-Kitas Express Fee (IDR. 2,000,000)
  1. Register Indonesian Spouse to Indonesian Visa Online System.
  2. Apply E-Visa
  3. E-Visa
  4. Convert E-Visa to KITAS at the Local immigration
  1. Renewal will be for 1 year and the cost IDR. 10,000,000 but you do not need to fly out and apply for the visa at Indonesian Embassy outside of Indonesia. And no cost for Indonesia Embassy visa application fee.
  2. Renewal needs to be processed minimum 1 month before your Kitas expires.
  3. You are required to be inside Indonesia to process any KITAS renewal.
  1. Step 1 : Please print out the sponsorship and E-Visa for Entering Indonesia.
  2. Step 2 : Upon arriving in Indonesia you will need to provide us with your passport within 30 days. We will then take is it to the local immigration office for final approval. You will also be required to appear at Immigration for a Biometrics process.
  1. If you are not continuing or extending your Kitas, you need to process an EPO at a cost of IDR. 1,000,000.

  • Valid for 2 years.
  • Includes:
  • Multiple entry permit and sponsorship.
  • $150 USD Indonesian visa application fee

  4. Bank statement (minimum amount $2000).
  5. Address in original country.
  6. Address in Indonesia (hotel or villa).
  7. ID Card (KTP) of Indonesian spouse.
  8. Family Card (Kartu Keluarga) of Indonesian spouse.
  9. Photo with red background.
  10. Birth certificate (Akta Lahir) of Indonesian spouse
  11. Marriage Certificate (already reported to civil registration Indonesia).
  12. Domicile Letter Address in Bali (if any) or Lease Agreement Letter.
  13. Offshore application – Full dose Vaccine Certificate required.
  14. Criminal record from Origin Country (offshore application).
