We send your E-Visa to your email. Download and Print it out. Show your E-VISA to the Immigration Officer upon Arrival.

Note:

Terms and conditions apply. We follow the policies and regulations of the Indonesian Immigration Department.
If the Indonesian Government closes the borders and your e-VISA expires, we are unable to provide a refund.
Once your e-VISA application is submitted, no refunds will be issued.
Once your e-VISA is approved, no refunds will be provided.
If your e-VISA is denied by the Indonesian Government, refunds are not available, except in special circumstances.
Due to the high volume of applications and to ensure the security of your personal information, we request that all communication be conducted via WhatsApp, unless the matter is urgent.
For reasons of confidentiality and privacy, we cannot discuss any aspects of the application process or its status with a third party unless we have written consent from the applicant or if the application is being made on behalf of a minor under 18 years of age.
