The steps for your foreign investment KITAS with our company

  1. Scanned copy Passport full page 1 (Identity Page) and cover (No photos & in colour)
  2. Passports valid for at least 18 monthsf or 1 year KITAS & 30 months for 2 years Kitas and minimum 2 blank pages.
  3. Scanned copy Last Stamp of current Visa Minimum Validation 60 days / Valid visa is required during the process to avoid over stay (Onshore Application)
  4. Address in Original Country
  5. Address in Bali (hotel/villa)
  6. Domicile Letter Address in Bali (if any) or Lease Agreement Letter
  7. Personal Phone number & Email
  8. Emergency Contact Person (family members) Address & Phone Number
  9. Letter of transfer of sponsor if your sponsor is different from the visit visa sponsor
  1. Up to 4 months for processing in Indonesia.
  1. Company establishment – add as investor on PMA
  2. Company establishment – Approval
  3. OSS (Online Submission System)
  4. Convert visit visa to KITAS C314 at the local immigration
  5. Process approval regional office of the ministry of law and human rights
  6. Process approval directorate general of immigration
  7. Biometric data retrieval (photo & fingerprint)
  8. Verification data
  9. Approval stage
  10. KITAS issued
  1. Annual renewal price: IDR 35.000.000 for Investor Kitas 24 months.
  2. Applicant must be physically present in Indonesia to process Kitas renewal.
  3. Renewal needs to be processed within 1 – 3 months before your Kitas expires.
  4. Documents required:
    • Passport.
    • Domicile letter of home address.
    • SKTT (Temporary Residential Registration).
  5. SKTT (Temporary Residential Registration).
  1. If you are not continuing or extending your Kitas, you need to process an EPO at a cost of IDR.1.000.000.

  1. Payments can be made via Credit Card (CC)
  2. Prices are as per the date on the document.
  3. Processing will begin once funds have cleared into our account
